Wedge Sneakers – Pretty or Pitiful?

November 14, 2012 by robincharmagne 3 Comments

Hello pretties,
By now you’ve seen the newest trend in footwear, the wedge sneaker.

Some of these look exactly like a sneaker and some a bit more fashionable. I especially don’t like the styles with the white soles, looks too much like a sneaker. But, I do like the variety of styles, colors, and materials I’m seeing with this trend. The price point ranges from a low of $30 to a high of over $1000.

As a 40-something Diva, I’m not so sure about this trend. Is it for teens, young adults, or a Diva looking for a comfortable yet somewhat stylish shoe. I might style the wedge sneaker something like this.

Polyvore – robincharmagne

For me the jury is still out. How would you style this trend?

Keep it Pretty,
robincharmagne

I love these shoes! You still get the style you want even when you dress down and that is what I like about them. I tried on a pair and they were really comfortable!

      Hi Ayesha,
I bet they are comfortable. If you get a pair, send a pic of how you styled them – info@robincharmagne.com!
