Hello there,
Yesterday was not bad at all. That first day back from a holiday is usually very busy, but it was rather quiet. I mentioned I really didn’t do a whole lot over the weekend, but I wasn’t a total couch potato and wore today’s OOTD on Saturday. Traditionally, the Memorial Day weekend begins the vacation travel season which inspired thoughts of traveling to a tropical locale…take a peek!
The kimono trend is one of my faves this season. I was super lucky to find this tropical inspired kimono with fringe detail for $16 bucks on the clearance rack. And right next to it was the pineapple tank for $8, sometimes you just wanna wear something fun. I paired with these distressed patched boyfriend jeans, which I’ve rocked before in an OOTD. But my fave is the lace-up sandals. I saw the heel height and was a little skeptical, but I noticed the slight platform! A platform makes all the difference with a high heel by providing stability. These are so comfortable and easy to walk in, looking to rock these all summer. Just minimal accessories – gold necklaces, gold watch, and vintage handbag.

Oh, I did squeeze in some blogging and planning and such too on the weekend! If you follow me on Instagram, you saw I hosted my first flash giveaway of some planner goodies. Love sharing goodies with my planner girls!
Are you rocking the kimono? I want a couple more!

I am adoring tropical pineapple prints and that tee is so fun and cute!! You look great and the fringe at the bottom of the kimono makes everything trendy and cool! Love it!
