The days before vacation always seem to inch by, but this week was a blur. It’s super important to take time off to recharge and that doesn’t have to be a fancy vacation. A walk in the park, a warm bath with your favorite book and beverage, or a fun loving phone call with a friend, even these short breaks can reboot your mind and body. I hope you are taking time to rest, relax, and reconnect. I feel blessed to be able to combine my birthday and the beach. They go together like cookies and milk, each makes the other one just a bit better!
