Hello Pretties,
We’re in the middle! Is it me or does time seem to be zooming by at light speed? Warm weather brings vacation dreams. The print in this top had me thinking about laying on a sandy beach, looking out at the deep blue sea, sipping on a fruity drink with a good read, Revenge Wears Prada maybe. 6 Feet Tall In My Head!

Hello Pretties,
Guess what? It’s Thursday, pre-weekend, yeah! My week really is going better than expected, busy but manageable. These short weeks can be a blessing and a curse, hey I’m feeling blessed.

I admit I’m not a shoe girl, but I love wedge heels. Being 5 feet tall exactly, the wedge heel gives me the height Mother Nature didn’t(she gave me beautiful brown eyes instead, I ain’t complaining). A wedge heel is also super comfy, so I can go from day to night with ease. Here are some of my faves from Macy’s!

Hoping this short week flies by! Today’s OOTD is what I wore on Saturday for dinner and a movie and yeah, back in the denim!

Yep, some oldies, but goodies! One of my new favorite spots in The A is CineBistro, a luxury movie house. Very cool spot with fabulous seating- huge leather chairs, serious dining choices- all prepared by a Chef with an extensive wine and cocktail list, and all the top movies.

I could catch a flick every week, and based on the previews of the upcoming summer movie season, I very well may do that!

OOTD #10 – Belt it!

Hello pretties,
I’m debuting my summer hair today along with the OOTD. I like to change up my hair and I’m not afraid to rock a wig or hair weaves. My favorite is big curly hair in a brown or red. So easy to throw on my wig and go! Now, on to the OOTD. A belt saved the day for this outfit. The top was swallowing me so I added the belt which finished off the look.

I rarely wear belts because frankly I don’t think I have waist, but I figured out that’s what the belt is for, duh! Belts are a new found accessory I’ll be incorporating into my wardrobe a lot more frequently. What’s your go-to accessory?

OOTD #9 – Black and White

Hi pretties,
We’re in the middle, woohoo! I can see the weekend! Another outfit today. The camera gods were feeling “some kind of a way”so here I go. Awhile back I posted about the most popular black and white trend here. I’m dressing it up and down in today’s outfit of the day!

The black and white combo is extremely versatile in stripes, polka dots, or prints. Try it with a pop of color say a red, electric blue, fuchsia or yellow! I don’t normally go sleeveless but I really liked the print and silky fabric! And y’all already know I live in jeans, so the tee and jeans is my regular uniform!

Hello there pretty ones,

This week started off quiet and then blew up, crazy busy! On the catwalk in a very sheer top, which I love, because I think I’m fashionable addicted to camisoles under every dang thang! I have them in every color!

Have you figured out my formula? Jeans and a Cute Top, that’s my uniform 99% of time. Doing these Outfits of the Day will nudge out of my comfort zone and maybe rock a dress or two!

It’s Wednesday and guess who’s on the catwalk again, me! Thank y’all for all the love last week.

Floral print fabrics can be tricky, you know looking like a bedspread. But in the right proportion, a floral is a nice print. I love this one in a tunic style to cover those areas that are still a work in process.
