More Floral Love – Booties And Shoes

October 4, 2017 by robincharmagne 4 Comments

Hello pretties,
The love affair with florals is real. This trend is so hot this season in all aspects of fashion. But, it can be overwhelming to be completely decked out in roses, chrysanthemums, tulips, peonies, and daises, so as I always say, try the trend in small doses. The best way to do that is with shoes – boots, booties, sneakers or mules! Today, I hand-picked some super cute options all less than $100.

For as little as $23 bucks, you can dip not just your toe, but your entire foot in this trend with any one of these affordable options. My favorite are the Wild Diva mules with the tassels for style and comfort. Dress them down with your favorite pair of jeans or dress them up with a midi skirt, bodysuit and a biker jacket. Now that’s a cute outfit!

Is the floral trend your bouquet or a bunch of weeds? Definitely my bouquet!

OOTD #16 – Florals Rerun

June 26, 2013 by robincharmagne 6 Comments

Hello pretties,
Welcome to Wednesday, hope your week is peaceful, positive, and productive thus far. I didn’t realize how much floral I have in my closet. I think this is my 3rd OOTD with a floral. And I’m really loving how my clutch collection is growing. This outfit could have been called Eloquii because half of it is from sadly, the almost defunct Eloquii.

Jeans(Macy’s) – similar here
Clutch(Eloquii) – similar here
Sandals(Shoe Carnival-old) – similar here
Necklace (My own)

The floral trend is wildly popular in fashion right now, but I like florals best as a complement vs. head to toe. But, I would love to try a very feminine floral dress. Perfect for a sexy date night! How are you wearing the floral trend?

Hello pretty ones!
It’s Wednesday and guess who’s on the catwalk again, me! Thank y’all for all the love last week.

Floral print fabrics can be tricky, you know looking like a bedspread. But in the right proportion, a floral is a nice print. I love this one in a tunic style to cover those areas that are still a work in process.

Jeans(Macy’s) – similar here
Handbag(Big Buddha) – similar here
Boots(DSW) – similar here

Bracelet(Urban Peach Boutique-sold out) – similar here

A special shout-out to my Mom who is celebrating a birthday today!

Target and Prabal Gurung

February 8, 2013 by robincharmagne 2 Comments

Hello Pretties,

The much ballyhooed collaboration of Target and Prabal Gurung debuts on Sunday, February 10.
Pb and t

The 80-piece Love collection is truly romantic and girly and the best part is most of these pieces are under $50, yes for designer duds! On the Target website is a fun love quiz to determine your love style. Here’s mine:

Crushworthy, Candy Girl in Floral, I love it!

1 - $49; 2 -$ 39; 3 -$ 29(top)

My favorite from this collection is the Nolita print, like a rainbow and completely wearable with just about anything. My picks:

Bangles-$16; Shirt dress - $39; Tote bag -$39 ; Flats - $29; Sandals -$39; Bag - $34; Pumps - $39

Bangles-$16; Shirt dress – $39; Tote bag -$39 ; Flats – $29; Sandals -$39; Bag – $34; Pumps – $39

I really like this collection, perfect for Spring/Summer and for $100 you can put together an entire outfit!

Prabal Gurung is a high-end designer who fashions run well beyond $1000. I would suggest logging in early to get the best deals or be camped outside Target…LOL!

What are you loving?

Keep it Pretty,
