Sweatshirts Not Just For The Gym – OOTD #74

March in like a Lion? Yes that statement exactly describes the crazy storm last night after a beautiful Spring-like day. Go figure! Good weather for rocking a cute sweatshirt. When I saw this one from the Torrid Collection last year, oh the memories of my clubbing days invaded my brain. One of my really close friends relocated to The A from M Town – Memphis, Tennessee well, over 10 years ago. So with her being new to the city and me being newly divorced, we clubbed every weekend. Our ritual was to shop during the day on Saturday for a cute top to rock with our jeans. I told y’all that has been my uniform for years. Then we would go home, take a nap, then meetup that night at the club. Too much fun, we used to get it in and had soooo many Late Nights, Lipstick, and High Heels. I snagged this one super fast! Sweatshirts are not just for sweating off the pounds in the gym, but make a good transition piece to pair with your denim. I am in love with novelty sweatshirts like this one with funny or quirky graphics. Not your boring grey gym garb, but sexy enough for a lively night out! I paired this one with mildly distressed denim, simple silver accessories – paparazzi necklace and yes it’s $5 with a pair of matching earrings, bling bracelets, and a classic link watch.
