Hello pretties,
Despite the roller coaster of temps and even snow for some of y’all, Spring has sprung which means it is time for Spring Cleaning. Real talk, if you are like me, you have been indoors, binging on Netflix and chillaxing, well our homes could probably use some attention. I put together a handy dandy checklist of a few activities to get your house spiffy for Spring, take a peek…
Start Here
Not sure how to get started? Use this simple checklist to clean the major areas of the house – living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.
Once you decide to spiff up for Spring, you will need some stuff to get it done. My favorite tool for deeper cleaning is my smart mop. I purchased it at a home show a few years ago and have not been disappointed. It uses hot steam to clean and sanitize and you can add your favorite cleaner as well. The best part is the cleaning pads which are washable so you can reuse them without having to spend more money. I handpicked some tools for you too, cleaners, cloths, vacuum, etc.
I know you are ready to get out of the house once Mother Nature gets her life together, but trust me you will feel better having your home clean and ready to enjoy during the warmer weather, whenever! Do you Spring clean? If so, what are your favorite cleaning tools or products?

I use peroxide and water on kitchen surfaces and I have a use for baking soda in all cleaning most times.
I think I will clean window sills with the aforementioned . Husband has “ spring cleaned “ the garage and shed. He used bleach and water to decrease grit. Turned out nice. He is finished with his list. Check back with me in May. Ha Ha!

I like using my steam mop too. Of I need to clean up just a small spot I’ll use the Swifter. This is a great checklist. I often neglect cleaning the baseboards.

Yep, the baseboards do get neglected and man they get dirty!

I kind of, sort of started, but a list like this one and this fancy mop would definitely make things easier for me. Great tips as usual, Robin!
