Happy Go Red For Women Day!
I have chatted with you pretties all week about heart health. Know Your Numbers and Move That Body are two ways to reduce your risk of heart disease and related illnesses. Today is my favorite part of this important campaign, it is National Wear Red Day! Women from all walks of life are rocking red outfits. To make this campaign more fun, I have teamed up with blogger friend Antionette @dedivahdeals to host a link up party. We want to see your Red from head to toe. There are no rules ladies, just link up your Red outfit, spread the word to other women and visit some other cool people in the link party.
With education and lifestyle changes, we can reduce our risk of heart disease. Just making small steps such as taking the stairs, eating less fatty foods, and managing stress can make all the difference in the world. Consult with your personal physician to map out a plan for managing your heart health. Your physician can also engage a Nutritionist to help you make better food choices.

Glad I made it to you and Antionette’s link-up! Thanks for celebrating this special day and promoting healthy hearts for us women.

Hi Karen,
Thank you so much for your support!
I wish I had a red outfit to rock 🙁 I just bought a red skirt, but haven’t taken any pictures yet. (I think red is your color, it looks great on you!)
Thanks Merrie, it is actually my favorite color!
Thank you my friend for collaborating with me on this very important link-up. Stay heart healthy and have an awesome week.
