We’re half done with the week! I know I just came back from vacay, but I’m ready for the weekend…as usual! I’m back with an OOTD today and this look was inspired by the lovely blogger Jackie at Style My Dreams.
I like how it’s a basically casual look – cargo pants and a black silky tank that she jazzed up with the heels and accessories. I substituted camo cargo pants for the solid green cargo pants, added a black chiffon hi-low top, a pair of ankle strap heels, and a silver necklace. I’ve worn these camo cargo pants before on the blog and I love them. Very comfy and easy to dress up or down. These camo cargo pants were purchased during the fall season, but I’ve worn them several times this season, love the versatility. And, cargo pants are a nice alternative to jeans too!

I love cargo pants but for me it’s my sleeveless sheath dresses which I can wear from season to season by adding a sweater or blazer over top or a turtleneck underneath. I hope you had a happy hump day!

I’ve always loved camo but to me it’s hard to find. I had it in a jacket which was my son’s but it felt a bit too masculine for me and I haven’t been able to find camo pants lately but I’m still lusting for them.
I would say cardigans stick around from season to season for me. I love a good button up shirt too but they don’t feel very comfy under jackets in cooler weather so I mainly use them as lightweight jackets in summer.
