NStyle Box Review

Hello pretties,
It is subscription box review time again. I am back with a second Nstyle Box from the fabulous blogger At Home With Nikki. This is the box for February and I guess you could say it is a “favorite color” theme, take a peek…

So, Nikki includes an envelope with some informational cards. First is the welcome card which explains the inspiration for that month’s selections. Second is the content card that describes each item in detail including the vendor or supplier, which is very helpful. Third is a card for managing your login information, so handy! And finally, I like to call the last card, a freebie – this is not a physical product but more like a mini-tutorial. This tutorial is on how to tie a bow. This tutorial is right up my alley because you can pretty up any plain package just by adding a fancy bow.

The Goodies

nstyle box_containers_robincharmagne

GoStak containers, set of 3 to use as one big container or 3 small containers

nstylebox_bottle_robincharmagne

Insulated metal water bottle, keeps things hot or cold

nstylebox_tea_robincharmagne

Tea bag with customized packaging

nstylebox_cords_robincharmagne

Set of two cord keepers for all electronics

nstylebox_scarf_robincharmagne

Lightweight scarf with fringe, good layering or transition piece

Can you guess what color inspired this box? Pretty obvious right. I am so sorry to say again, I did not love this box. The products are all useable but just too much blue for my taste. But who uses one teabag, I thought that was weird and why isn’t the February box a love theme? Just my two cents but I don’t see subscribing to any more boxes But wait! I won’t get the chance because Nikki announced that this would be the last NStyle box and the start of a new candle subscription box. In her latest Youtube video, Nikki commented she wanted to clear our homes of stuff and provide a truly functional item like candles. I think this is a smart move. These boxes had to be expensive to source, assemble and distribute. Not to mention all the effort and energy to come up with a unique and interesting theme. And, who doesn’t love candles?

Y’all know I have a thing for subscriptions and if I try the candles, a review is soon to follow. Tell me about your favorite subscription box service and if your tried the NStyle box for February?

I’m with you, this box is just basic. However, the color scheme I love because it reminds me of the colors I use in my home.

Yeah, I heard having a subscription box business can be quite expensive, plus coming up with ideas of what to put in boxes each month can be hard.

    Thanks for the review girl!

I totally agree. . I bet you already have several insulated water bottles in your kitchen. I always want to see what others get in their boxes cause I never subscribe. Enjoy your Easter my Dear.

I really like this blue, Robin. It’s too bad you did not really like the box. The tea looks tempting. Thanks for sharing your honest review with us.

I’ve never ordered a subscription box. I have so much unneeded stuff in my house that I’m afraid a subscription box would just add to the clutter.

That is an excellent point Sonya, it does increase your stuff and you then need a place for the new stuff!
