Hello Pretties,
Welp, not even gonna talk about the Superbowl except, shout out to Malcolm Butler, you did that! Ok moving on! This week I’ll be posting a lot about the Go Red For Women campaign to educate and empower you to take control of your heart health. Do you know your numbers? It’s important to know your numbers for cholesterol, diabetes, and blood pressure:

Your healthcare provider can run simple tests to get this vital information. Yes, 1 in 3 women die of heart related illness, but guess what? These illnesses are 80% preventable. Now go get your numbers!
And come back on Friday for the link party with me and the lovely Antoinette @dedivahdeals to show us how you “Wear Red for Women” in your OOTD (outfit of the day).
Have a heart happy day!
Link parties{here}.

This is such an important post! I’ll definitely share it with all the women in my life. Happy Monday 🙂

It’s so hard to keep the weight off. But I will never give up! Can’t wait to see the outfits.

Hi Neti,!
Yes I struggle with it too, but hang in there. Make sure you link, you always have cute outfits!
This is a great post, Robin! Knowing our numbers is important, especially at this age. We are not 15 anymore.
