Happy Monday!
This is the 2nd week in July as we are officially in the last 6 months of 2015. How are those goals looking? I have been all over the place this year, not as focused as I would like to be…a lot is going on folks…But here’s what is currently running through my noggin:
PRAYING: For this country I love. That WE find a way to exist in love and harmony. R-E-S-P-E-C-T each other
LOVING: Serena Williams in this gown, no words, beauty is her name. Congrats on ANOTHER win at Wimbledon
EXPLORING: Periscope, yet another social media platform. So far it is cool but I’m feeling a bit of technology overload these days, tapping the screen for hearts…Ion know
EATING: It has been so hot in The A that some good ol fashioned freeze pops
CELEBRATING: Misty Copeland, named the American Ballet Theater’s first African-American female principal dancer in 75 years. Grace, discipline and strength, phenomenal woman and role model
LOOKING: For a Coke bottle with my name on it. And why is Coke charging $5 dollars for a bottle? If you see Robin, please let me know, I’ll gladly pay for the postage
PLAYING: Nothing!! I tried Ruzzle, Dots, and Candy Crush, bored silly. Anybody have suggestions for new games for my Android?
FRUSTRATING: Bloggers who use Likeittoknowit, sucks, can a sistah just click on a top and find the top without yet another email???
WANTING: Some good scents for the home, either this or this would be lovely

I’ve been all over the place too with the goals that I set for the year. There are a lot of them that I haven’t even made an attempt at accomplishing. I need to get it together for the last half of the year.

Serena and Venus are amazing athletes and women but they get so much hate, just crazy. She is rocking that dress, classy and elegant. I’m glad to hear I am not the only one who needs to regroup on their goal setting.
Such a great post, Robin! I completely agree with you about likeittoknowit – the last thing I want are more e-mails to wade through. I was looking for my husband’s name on a coke bottle, and noticed the price seemed a little steep. Glad to know it isn’t in my imagination. 🙂

Goals? What goals. . .I am just shucking and jivin in order to live my best life in this 90+ degree heat. Anwho. . .I am loving each and every minute that God has given me and so happy that I have my peeps to keep me on track. I know you are ready for your vacay and cant wait to see the pics.
