Hi Pretties,
Spring has sprung but she did not come in like a lion. The weather has been kinda blah. Those blah days are good days to organize your closet space. Yes lovelies, it is time to put those sweaters, boots, gloves and coats away and fill your closet with maxi-dresses, shorts, culottes(yeah they’re back), and sandals! It will be much easier to find these spring goodies if your closet is better organized. Here’s a good infographic to get you started.
A few pointers, give your clothes a good foundation by using good hangers, i.e velvet, wooden, or satin depending upon the garment. Use the floor space by storing less used items in pretty baskets or bins. Also, use the door space to store handbags or other accessories. like scarves or belts. And pretties, donate or sell anything you haven’t worn in a year – someone would love to rock your gently loved goodies. There are so many tools on the market to help you get organized, I’ve handpicked a few here to get you started.

Great tips! I’ve started some spring cleaning myself. Starting with jewelry and handbags! As far as tools, I love the felt hangers and anything to help organize my necklaces. Bed, Bath & Beyond and Micheal’s are my go-to stores for that!

I use plastic tubs that store on the floor in the closet to store my handbags and out of season stuff. But I do not have good hangers and need to buy some. Thanks for the tips and Enjoy your Life!

awwww man… now I gotta go clean my closet? Just kidding? I need to shuffle out some winter items and pull out warm weather pieces, but the closet is in pretty good shape thanks to the new organizer the Man of the House installed last fall.

I’m the worst because I don’t clean out my closet or rotate my seasonal clothes. Every few months, I get the urge to purge and then I clean out the closet.
