Holiday Home Decor Haul – Vlog

This week is zooming by, or so it seems. Every year at December, it appears that time moves at lightning speed. But there is always time for holiday shopping. Today I’m sharing a quick vlog on a few things I picked up recently. Some items were purchased before Black Friday and the other items on or after Black Friday. I must say this was a quiet Black Friday, to my surprise. I understand from news reports that sales were down by $1B, yes that’s a “b” for billion – that’s a big number. However, as is my yearly tradition, I did my part and helped the economy. Take a peek at just a few of my fantastic finds to decorate your home for Christmas!

A Surefire Way To Make Money While You Shop Online

In just 4 days, we will be knee deep in Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. But mixed in with all this good eating will be some good shopping. While I do love to get my shop on, I respect the retailers that are closed on Thanksgiving. But don’t stress, you can always shop online, if you aren’t too sleepy from eating all that food. So, if you are shopping online, you betta make some money doing it. Yeah get paid to shop. I’ve posted about Ebates, it is definitely a favorite.

15 Wide Calf Boots Under $100

Hello,
Daylight Savings Time has ended and we are now in full cold weather season. It is finally time to pull out those boots, but if you are anything like me, you struggle with finding stylish boots that fit wide calves. Most boots styles fit calf sizes 14 to 15 inches but there are many ladies who have larger calves in the range of 17 to 20 inches. Not sure how to determine your calf size? It is super easy, just grab a tape measure- not the metal kind and a chair. Sit in the chair and measure your calf at its widest point, that number is your calf size. Be sure to measure both legs, sometimes one leg is slightly larger than the other leg. I hand-picked 15 wide calf boots in a variety of styles.

Most retailers now carry wide-calf boots so there is no need to settle for a basic boring boot. These boots feature details like buckles, suede, and quilting, in heels, flats and wedges. And at under $100 you could easily snag more than one pair.

Long Time No Vlog

Hey Pretties,
It has been months since my last vlog so I was excited to film for y’all. There hasn’t been a video since the June No-Buy, which I’m never doing again. So this is a reboot of vlogs for this year and not so much favorites but some Fantastic Finds, take a peek!

Head to your favorite store and snag a plaid shirt, the number one must have for this cooler weather season. My first black faux leather jacket and it is definitely fantastic with the quilting detail. Faux leather has come a long way in the fashion industry and the quality is amazing. If you come to my house, you will find candles in every room. This Sweater Weather scent is so nice, not overpowering just a nice fresh outdoorsy scent for your home. Sometimes a purchase is too good to pass up and this Coach scarf was marked down to such a great price, I had to snag it and it’s pink. Tory Burch is a favorite brand but those prices though, so I eased into this brand with a red wallet that works for me day in and day out. This wristlet is too dang cute and a perfect gift for you divas that love shopping. NeNe Leakes just showed out with this wrap that I think she actually calls a cape. LOVE IT – coming to an OOTD near you.

Hey y’all Friday finally made it! I know what you’re thinking, what’s this crazy pic robincharmagne posted? I saw a rainbow this week. I have not seen a rainbow in like forever. No filters no editing, raw and natural.This divine collision of water and light fanned out across the sky, creating this beauty. It just really got me excited. On the home front, this has been a rough week for my family with some good news and some not so good news. So when I saw that rainbow, all I could say was thank you God for reminding me of your presence despite the storm. Rainbows are supposed to mean good luck and legend has it, there’s a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. But have ya’ ever seen the end of a rainbow?? Eloquii – Outfit Of The Day Pieces

Hello there,
OOTDs (outfits of the day) are the most fun to put together but sometimes you just run out of ways to mix and match your wardrobe. I have mostly jeans and a whole bunch of tops cause y’all already know that’s my uniform. I’m kinda at that point where I need to add some versatile, transition pieces as we prepare for some much desired Fall weather. My go-to shop for plus-size fashion is Eloquii. You’ve seen me in their fashions quite a bit on the blog, most recently here. Their pieces follow the trends, not boxy or frumpy, but fashion forward and they come in a fabulous array of sizes, 14-26. The best aspect of shopping with Eloquii is the fantastic sales that they have weekly, sometimes more than once a week. Fab buys are in ample supply on the site. I handpicked some pieces I’m itching to add to my closet. The price points vary from $16 to $169.
