Blogger Tools – Faves On Friday

Happy Friday Pretties,
Are you ready for the weekend? This week absolutely flew by and yes I’m ready for the weekend. There is a nice chill in the air and I’m on the hunt for some good hot chocolate! I posted here about the blog’s 3-year anniversary. Blogging is so much fun – I’ve learned some much and met some fabulously creative women, but it requires some work and today I’m sharing some of my favorite blogger tools that help me bring y’all fun and useful content each week.

Blogger Tools

1 – Go Daddy – I use this tool in multiple ways. First, I checked the availability of my blog domain name. Once I found robincharmagne was available, I purchased it from Go Daddy. After months of pondering whether to even start a blog, I finally did and used Go Daddy to host the blog. The prices are very reasonable and so far the service has been outstanding. Even if you are not ready to start your blog, buy the domain name now!

2 – Canva – This is my favorite site to create graphics. Canva is the bomb.com with 1000’s of images, fonts, graphics, symbols and options to create just about any type of graphic from Instagram posts, Facebook covers, invitations, menus, you name it, you can make it in Canva. And, it’s free!

3 – Bitly – Links can get pretty long and cumbersome for your readers. Bitly is the site to shorten long links and make them more user-friendly. The best part, you can track your links to measure their effectiveness.

4 – 123rf – You’ve seen this reference in many of my posts as this site is my go to source for images. The costs are very low and they have a large variety of images in color and black and white, images with people and without people, clip art, infographics, audio and vectors. They only ask that you credit the photographer which I am always happy to do!

5 – Rafflecopter – Who doesn’t love free stuff?? Rafflecopter makes it super easy to set up giveaways for your lovely readers. You can set up the giveaway to include pictures, procedures and rules, and even legal language to run a giveaway.

These are just a few of the tools I use that make blogging a breeze. Just add coffee in a cute mug and comfy pajamas!

What tools do you use to make something easier in your life? Have a fab weekend!
